Project "Welcome
to Germany"The embassy of Germany in Serbia, with cooperation with 5

Ebert, Friedrich Nauman, Heinrich Boll and Hanns Seidel foundation), German
organization for technical cooperation, European movement in Serbia as a
home partner and student network, have initiated the project named

17.01.2007. Journal of the
Women’s government
In summer 2006,
European movement initiated the project "Electing the Women's
government". Voters of the Blic magazine helped to choose 21 out of 161
candidates for the ministry positions in the "women's government".
The purpose of the action was to present that in Serbia exist women with
high expertise who can get involved in every aspect of political and social
science of Serbia. more

10.01.2007. Let the women decide!
European Movement in
Serbia- Nis will this year as well participate in pre-election campaign in
order to increase number of voters on the elections. This year the direct
beneficiaries of our campaign are women. Success of the project "Women
Government" helped us to continue working on this problem. With
pleasure, we inform you that the Project "Let the women decide"
will be held in Niš 17.01.2007 at 14 o'clock in the hall Parliament of the

06.10.2006. The
joy of Europe
In the organization
of church ensemble "Branko" with the support of European movement
in Serbia, Nis. On the October 6th, 2006 the manifestation "Meetings of
friendship - Joy of Europe" was held, where the children from Bulgaria,
Cyprus, Macedonia, Romania, Ukraine and Sweden gathered. The children of
Europe had the opportunity to show their skills dancing playing and singing
as well as the opportunity to share information about their country with
their coeval from Nis. The major goal is contribute the creating friendship
among children as well as understanding each other's cultures.
The meeting of European Children "The joy of Europe" is a
traditional manifestation of children's friendship founded in 1969 in
Belgrade.
17.07.2006. The promotion of association of
the european integration "putokaz" with the subject
"Agricultural politics of European union and Serbia"
Agricultural politics of European Union and Serbia
Jun 17th, 2006 in Nis, the reunion "Agricultural politics of European
Union and Serbia" was held. This reunion was used to promote the
magazine "PUTOKAZ" that is published by Association for European
Integrations. "Putokaz" is the magazine for legal, political and
cultural questions of European Integrations.

01.07.2006. The participation on the counceling of economists of
Serbia in Nis
On July 1st, 2006, the economist counseling of Serbia
was held in the gala hall of the University of Nis. It's mission was to
establish the exchange of experiences and opinions , between the
countries, economics, and science related with reforming actions in
functioning the economy. Mila Vujic, our president has presented "The
major goals and priorities of integrative social- economic plan of region

27.06.2006. The official visit of delegation
of Regional center for development Zasavje, from Slovenia
Among activities of regional development and promotion of the district,
European movement in Serbia, Nis was visited by delegation of
international collaboration from Slovenia. According to our effort for
stimulating the dialogue about developing questions and creating the
positive image of the region, with constructing the framework for
connecting the cultural and economic creators from this region, according
to the innovations for the region development.

As a part of the activity for the regional development and regional
promotion, European movement in Serbia, council of Nis, was visited by
delegation for international cooperation from Bulgaria, where the
memorandum for the mutual cooperation was signed.
07.06.2006. Collaboration memorandum with
the office for the acceding to the European union was signed
On Wednesday 07.06.2006, the representative
of the European movement in Serbia, signed the declaration of acceding the
memorandum about cooperation in process of European Integration, in the
council in Nis, in the chambers of European Union of the Government of the
Republic of Serbia.
Adjoining the memorandum is the result of the many years activities of our
organization that is the independent institution of repute and the way of
gathering the citizens who put their effort in peaceful, democratic,
all-European integration as well as for democratic and modern Serbia as a
part of Europe. Office for joining the European union and European
movement in Serbia, council in Nis have the common interest to give a
contribution in order to get closer to the citizens and values of the
society on the way to the European Integrations.
